Online mental health therapy
for adults across Hawai‘i
You can have it together and still feel stuck.
Therapy for anxiety, trauma, relationship patterns, boundaries, and identity
You might be here because…
You overthink conversations and question yourself afterward
You take care of everyone but struggle to ask for what you need
You feel guilty setting boundaries
The past still affects how you feel, react, or connect
You understand yourself intellectually, but nothing seems to change
Aloha, I’m Jethro.

I care about the backstory, but I also care about what changes.
We’ll connect the past to what is happening now, pay attention to your thoughts, emotions, body, and relationships, and build practical skills for regulation, boundaries, communication, and responding differently.
I won’t push you faster than you’re ready to go but we also won’t just talk in circles.
-
We start by building enough safety and stability for you to stay present with what comes up.
From there, we’ll understand the pattern, work through what still feels stuck, and practice new responses until they become easier to use in everyday life.
TLDR; Build safety. Learn the skills. Understand the pattern. Work through what’s stuck. Practice living differently.
-
Change happens when insight becomes something you can feel, practice, and live.
People change when they understand where a pattern came from, feel what is happening beneath it, and practice a different response while it is happening.
Insight matters, but it is not enough on its own. Change also happens through the body, through relationships, and through repeated experiences of doing something differently.
-
You’ll notice your patterns sooner and have more choice before fear, shame, urgency, or old roles take over.
You’ll become more able to ground yourself, understand what your mind and body are communicating, express what you need, set limits, and work through difficult moments without abandoning yourself.
You won’t need to feel completely “finished.” You may be ready to graduate therapy when you no longer need me to do all the noticing for you.
You’re ready when the pattern can show up without taking over.

Anxiety & Overthinking:
For persistent worry, self-doubt, perfectionism, or replaying interactions long after they happen.
We’ll identify what keeps the anxiety going and build ways to respond with more clarity and less urgency.
Trauma & PTSD:
For when past experiences continue to affect your emotions, body, relationships, or sense of safety.
We’ll begin with grounding and coping skills, then work with what still feels unresolved at a pace that feels manageable.
Relationships & Boundaries:
For people-pleasing, caretaking, fear of rejection, or difficulty expressing what you need.
We’ll look at the patterns underneath and practice clearer boundaries, communication, and more balanced relationships.
Identity & Belonging:
For concerns related to queerness, culture, neurodivergence, family expectations, or feeling unsure where you fit.
We’ll explore how these experiences have shaped your sense of self and help you make choices that feel more true to you.
-
We’ll review fees, insurance, and any expected costs before scheduling your first appointment.
Insurance: I currently accept the insurances below. Coverage and out-of-pocket costs vary by plan, so I recommend confirming your mental/behavioral health benefits before beginning therapy.
