Dimmed No More
Silaw Sessions are workshops, talks, and healing spaces that center the mental health and lived experiences of diasporic Filipino/a/x communities.
Named after the Ilokano word silaw (meaning light or illumination), these sessions offer space to reflect, reconnect, and reclaim what’s been dimmed by silence, pressure, and survival.
Through culture-rooted and community-grounded dialogue, Silaw Sessions help us remember who we are and practice what heals.
