All knowledge is not taught in the same school.

Mental health care doesn’t live in just one place.
Healing can come through stories, conversations, movement, ancestors, art, rest, or the right words at the right time. Sometimes even through a song that speaks when nothing else can.
This page, the Wingspan Library, gathers resources I may refer to or draw from in practice. Some are clinical, others community-rooted or creative. You’ll find books, videos, apps, and even playlists I’ve made for different moods, seasons, or soul states.
All reflect the truth that care is not one-size-fits-all.
While I’m not responsible for the content or services provided, I share them in the spirit of collective care. I’m also not sponsored, paid, or gifted tote bags by any of these resources… I just share what’s moved me, helped my clients, or made me feel a little more human.
Some resources include strong opinions, explicit truths, or language that might not be for everyone. That’s okay. Take what speaks to you. Leave what doesn’t. This is a space for care, complexity, and community—not censorship. For more details, reach out to the sources directly.
